Only One of Eleven Charlton Deeds Carries a Price So Far This Period
Eleven property deeds were recorded in Charlton between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, but only one carries a sale price so far: $154,965 for 48 Jennings Road, sold Aug. 25. The other 10 transactions, including deeds on Birch, Hycrest, Hill, Hannahs Way, Fulling Mill, South Charlton Shore, Old Spencer, Ramshorn and City Depot roads, have no price data yet, which is typical while the registry catches up. Several transfers involved banks, mortgage servicers or a credit union as buyer or seller, and one property transferred to Charlton Town Conservation. With pricing data this limited, no market-wide trend can be drawn from the period.
