Charlton Sees Nine Deed Transfers in August, Most Without Disclosed Price
Nine property deeds were recorded in Charlton between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, 2026, but only two disclosed a sale price: $100,000 and $150,000, for a median of $125,000. The top disclosed sale was a $150,000 transfer from Donald R. and Donna M. Hanson to Cornerstone Bank, which was also named buyer in the $100,000 sale of 47 Pine Rd. Four of the nine deeds involved a bank, mortgage entity or the town treasurer's office as a party. With prices undisclosed on seven of nine transactions, the available data offers only a partial view of August's market.
