Only Two of Seven Charlton Home Sales Disclose Price in Late July

Charlton recorded seven property deeds between July 24 and Aug. 22, 2026, but only two disclosed a sale price: $100,000 for 209 Center Depot Rd. and $175,000 for an unaddressed property sold by Christopher and Stephanie Cote to Loan Association of Cleveland, the period's top recorded price. The two disclosed prices produce a median of $137,500. The other five transfers, including two condominium units and a same-name transfer at 100 Old Worcester Rd., did not include sale prices in the deed records. With most transactions lacking price data, the available figures offer only a partial view of Charlton's market during the period.
