Charlton records 12 property transfers, but most sale prices go undisclosed
The Worcester County Registry of Deeds recorded 12 Charlton property transfers between July 31 and Aug. 3, 2026, but only two listed a sale price: $300,000 and $600,000, for a median of $450,000. The period's top disclosed sale was a $600,000 transfer to Trolley Crossing Road LLC from seller Richard Cayer. Nugget Drive saw three separate transfers, more than any other street. Banks, mortgage servicers or loan companies appeared as a party in nine of the 12 deeds. With price data disclosed for only 2 of 12 sales, the available records don't support broader conclusions about Charlton's market tone this period.
