The period's top recorded sale was a $600,000 transfer to Trolley Crossing Road LLC from seller Richard Cayer. Nugget Drive saw three separate transfers, more than any other street. Banks, mortgage servicers or loan companies appeared as a party in nine of the 12 deeds.
