Charlton Sales Show $30,000 to $85,000 Range Amid Limited Price Data
Charlton recorded eight property transfers between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, though sale prices have posted for just three so far. Those three ranged from $30,000 to $85,000, with a median of $50,000; the other five show price not yet available. The period's top recorded sale was an $85,000 transfer from Nancy L. Jackson to Leland H. Baker, trustee, and the Baker Family Trust. Partridge Hill Road saw two of the month's eight sales. Banks or mortgage-related entities were a buyer or seller in five of the eight deeds, a pattern worth watching as pricing data catches up.
