Charlton records seven property transfers, but sale price data lags for most

Charlton recorded seven property transfers between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, but only one had a sale price posted at reporting time: $515,000, for a property conveyed from Helen V. Lozoraitis to trustees Mark P. Rice and Lisa A. Bailey. The other six transactions, including a pair on McKinstry Drive, are still awaiting price data from the registry, a normal lag rather than a sign of withheld information. With pricing available for just one of seven deeds, the data does not yet support a read on whether the local market is trending up, down or flat this period.
