CHARLTON — Planning Board approves elevation plans for Trolley Crossing Road multi-family housing. Chair Bill Fontaine moved to accept the building elevation plans and renderings, required under the project's Special Permit Decision dated April 14, 2024, with all members voting in favor. The board also unanimously approved two Approval-Not-Required applications: Burlingame at A.F.
Putnam Road for two lots and St. Mark Coptic Orthodox Church on Gould Road for nine lots. Two public hearings were continued to April 1, a third to April 15, and the board voted to change its meeting start time to 6:30 p.m.
