CHARLTON — Planning Board extends Sturbridge Road permit, approves Hansen withdrawal. The board unanimously approved a one-year extension of the Site Plan and Special Permit for Charlton Development LLC at 241 Sturbridge Road to July 14, 2027, and accepted without prejudice the withdrawal of a Site Plan application by C.R. Hansen Construction LLC for Beach Middle Road; applicant Hanson will submit a Subdivision Plan on May 20.
The board continued the public hearing on Fabiola Caesar Estiverne's Ponnakin Hill Definitive Subdivision Plan Modification to April 15, 2026. Proposed Zoning By-Law changes, accepted by Town Administrator Andrew Golas, are set for presentation at the Annual Town Meeting.
