Charlton Cemetery Commission approves three residential lot purchases at Westside Cemetery during April meeting. Superintendent James Burlingame, Vice Chair Donna Neylon, and Member Willis Bond approved deed signings totaling $5,000, with $3,900 allocated for perpetual care. Burlingame reported receiving a $916.28 repair quote from Miller Fence for December 2025 fence damage and said the work will proceed.
The approved lot purchases include $2,000 for the Miller property, $3,000 for the Boutilette property in Section D, and $1,000 for the Appleton property.
