Planning Board continues subdivision work, defers solar bond review

Charlton Planning Board approves Lambs Farm landscaping waiver, defers solar bond. The board unanimously approved a waiver for the Lambs Farm Subdivision allowing two abutters to opt out of tree landscaping. Applicant Jay Gadoury's Rockaway Realty Trust subdivision work advanced with the board requiring completion and paving of the road from its current endpoint to the cul-de-sac for fire truck access safety.
The Nextera Energy solar decommissioning bond discussion and the C.R. Hansen Construction site plan application were both continued to February 4. Assistant Planner Jayne Gamey reported 35 companies have requested the town's Comprehensive Master Plan RFP, due January 28.
