CHARLTON — Planning Board continues Hansen site plan, approves separate lot application. Chair Bill Fontaine and the board voted unanimously to approve a Hansen approval-not-required application creating two house lots on North Main Street, while continuing the C.R. Hansen Construction site plan for Beach Middle Road to March 18, 2026 pending submission of a subdivision plan and peer review from Graves Engineering.
A Nextera Energy decommissioning bond was continued to February 18 at the applicant's request. Interim Planning Director Jayne Gamey reported that cell tower and gas station pre-applications are scheduled for review, with several approval-not-required applications due next meeting and Moreland Realty Trust requesting agenda time for a Worcester Road site plan waiver discussion.
