Charlton Planning Board continued four applications and approved two minor permits at its January 7 meeting. Chair Bill Fontaine and members Patsy Rydlak, Leonie Howard, and Robert Beringer heard hearings on C.R. Hansen Construction's Beach Middle Road site plan, Bressette's reduced frontage lot special permit, GM Properties' multi-family project, and Ponnakin Hill subdivision, pushing all to late January or February pending additional review and abutter concerns.
The Board unanimously approved a sidewalk waiver for Chris Hansen in the Village District and an eight-lot approval-not-required subdivision for Daniels and Ramshom Road.
