CHARLTON — Tri-Epic Regional Emergency Planning Committee approves prior minutes, treasurer's report. The committee unanimously ratified the December 2025 meeting minutes and confirmed account balances of $4,411.20 in combined CERT and operational funds, with $124.10 in donations and $3,046.35 in operational costs. J.J.
Burke, Exercise Planner and Sandwich Fire Chief, reported the updated Hazmat plan draft will be ready by April 1st, approximately 130 pages with integrated maps and quick-reference guides to improve usability during incidents. CERT training begins March 5th at Charlton Senior Center with approximately 20 enrolled students attending Thursday evenings for 12 to 14 weeks.
