Charlton Planning Board approves Italian restaurant and storage consolidation project. The Board voted unanimously to waive site plan review for Great Grace LLC's conversion of a 2,312-square-foot office building at 61 North Main Street into a restaurant with 34 seats and take-out service, operating 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. The Board also unanimously approved an Otis Land Management LLC site plan modification to consolidate four storage buildings into two at 4 Griffin Road.
The Board deferred acceptance of the Charlton Housing Production Plan pending Board member review, with several development projects continued to September 2 and September 16 for further consideration.
