The committee addressed bouncy house replacement, parade logistics including the Wore Pipes & Drums Fire Brigade at $1,000, and Soap Box Derby preparations.
A new 50-year time capsule project was introduced, with committee members proposing contents ranging from photographs and 2026 menus to iPhones and vacuumed-sealed fried dough to reflect the era.
