CHARLTON — Old Home Day Committee approves April minutes and reshuffles roles. The committee named Kathleen Walker Vendor Coordinator, Robert Coleman Trash Removal lead, and Brad Howard Transport Manager. Alycia Dzik reported $1,100 from vendors and $1,243 in donations, with $8,200 approved by the town starting July 1.
Harmon Hirtz negotiated a Beer Garden contract with Sirloin Catering at $1,780 plus tip, operating 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on September 6. A guest from Overlook, Dana Gould, noted poor prior advertising and limited parking at the venue. The committee will meet next on June 9 at the senior center.
