The most notable transaction was the Charlton Town Assessors' acquisition of 106 Northside Road from Waldo H. Eastman Jr. and Nancy M. Eastman, recorded July 8. Nine of the 16 filings involved a bank, mortgage servicer or MERS as grantor or grantee, and three moved property into family trusts.
