No Sale Prices Disclosed In Any Of Charlton's 16 July Property Transfers

Charlton recorded 16 property transfers with the Worcester County Registry of Deeds between July 3 and Aug. 1, but none of the deeds disclosed a sale price, so a price range and median could not be calculated this month. The most notable transaction was the Charlton Town Assessors' acquisition of 106 Northside Road from Waldo H. Eastman Jr. and Nancy M. Eastman, recorded July 8. Nine of the 16 filings involved a bank, mortgage servicer or MERS as grantor or grantee, and three moved property into family trusts. With price data absent across the board, the underlying deed record offers no indication of price trends this period.
