CHARLTON — Keep Charlton Beautiful approves prior minutes and confirms $7,800 RDP funding. Chair Debbie Marquis reported the Revolving Development Program payment has arrived; the committee approved funds for plants, planters, and litter-reduction signage. Marquis will coordinate with town staff on a Solid Waste Survey due February 15, while Catherine Jolicoeur will distribute RDP worksheets to town schools and recruit principals and teachers for the DEP's Green Team to earn additional RDP points.
