CHARLTON — Fire Substation Building Committee unanimously approves change order and contractor payment as construction progresses. The committee voted to accept Change Order Number 11 totaling $4,049.97, which includes a $4,057.93 countertop addition to the non-ADA toilet room and a $7.96 credit for flooring adjustments in the training and meeting room. Pay Requisition 11 for $320,460.09 was also unanimously approved pending final review by CHA and Context.
Project expenditures now total $7,055,400 of a roughly $18.5 million scope, with construction at approximately 38 percent completion; the project team is investigating potential schedule impacts recently received.
