CHARLTON — Fire Substation Building Committee advances project with $103K in approvals. The committee unanimously approved Change Order Number 10, comprising four change proposals totaling $103,046.29, and unanimously authorized Pay Requisition 10 at $197,402.26. Committee member Krysta Levandowski reported the substation project is approximately 38 percent complete with $6,978,330 expended to date and $11,521,671 remaining.
Weather delays have slowed site work, though contractors are advancing roof SIP panel installation and interior administrative area construction including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing rough-ins.
