Cultural Council approves minutes, sets 2026 programs and budgets

CHARLTON — Cultural Council plans 2026 programs with $4,400 in budgets. The Charlton Cultural Council unanimously approved prior meeting minutes and established 2026 program initiatives including an Annual Art Show at $3,000, a Community Garden at $1,000, and a four-artist mural initiative at $100 stipends each for Charlton Middle School. The council also noted upcoming term expirations in June for three members, with Chair Kathleen Hylka planning to renew and continue in leadership.

Council funds total $7,252 for the fiscal year.
