Charlton Council on Aging approves treasurer's report and moves to distribute prior meeting minutes. The board unanimously approved the treasurer's report showing account balances of approximately $140,785 and voted to make prior meeting minutes available to board members before future meetings. Director Michelle Drumm announced spring initiatives including a beginner crochet class starting April 14th, a six-week chronic disease management course offered through Tri-Valley Elder Services, and a Volunteer Appreciation luncheon on June 13th at J.
