Conservation Commission approves three permits, defers six applications

Charlton Conservation Commission issues permits for three residential renovation projects. The commission issued Orders of Conditions for home renovation work at 27 Robert Blvd, 97-C Baker Pond Road, and 18 Ramshorn Road, the latter involving a septic system replacement with restoration requirements overseen by Ecotec. Three Certificates of Compliance were issued for completed construction at 78 Glen Echo Shore Road, 18 Hyde Road, and 156 E Baylies Road.
The commission also recommended appointing Aljani Stanley and Nasheen Gagner as associate members, lifted an enforcement order at 18 Oak Ridge Drive, and continued five permit applications to May 27 for further review.
