Charlton Conservation Commission approves aquatic management program for Little Nugget Lake. At its May 27 meeting, the commission issued an Order of Conditions for an aquatic management program at Little Nugget Lake involving herbicides, algaecides, and a winter drawdown, presented by Conservation and Stormwater Director Rose Conway. The commission also approved two Negative Determinations for a 12 by 24 foot shed at 18 Hyde Road and removal of 10 trees at 236 Partridge Hill Road, both within protected buffer zones.

The commission accepted withdrawals of two applications for single-family residences at 0 North Main Street and continued three hearings to June 17 for a telecommunications facility at 103 Bond Road, a detached garage at 42 Ramshorn Road, and a single-family home at Lot 55 Jennings Road.
