Commission approves two residential projects, continues others

Charlton Conservation Commission approves permits, continues hearings. The Conservation Commission closed public hearings and issued Orders of Conditions for two residential projects at 0 King Road and Lot 5 Brookfield Road on April 15, accepting withdrawal of a 40-unit multi-family development at 35 North Main Street. Hearings for single-family proposals at 0 North Main Street and a telecommunications facility at 103 Bond Road were continued to May 13.
The commission issued Certificates of Compliance for projects at 7 and 9 L Stevens Road and 70 Beach Road, extended resource-area determination authorization to September 28, 2029, and approved slope stabilization for an enforcement action at 253 Worcester Road.
