Charlton Conservation Commission approves Orders of Conditions for three environmental projects at March meeting. Vice-Chair Ed Nowak presided as the commission issued approvals for transmission line structure replacement on Carpenter Hill Road, replacing 60 wooden structures with 62 steel; a garage-to-home conversion at 186 Burlingame Road with septic installation; and a winter drawdown plan for Cranberry Meadow Lake. Hearings continued on a 40-unit residential development at 35 North Main Street to May 27.
