CHARLTON — Cemetery Commission approves annual report, hires William Harvey. At the March 2 meeting at Westridge Cemetery garage, Superintendent James Burlingame reported that employee Jacob Adams accepted a higher-paying position with the Highway Department. Burlingame worked with Human Resources to contact candidates from his preferred hiring list; William Harvey of Oxford accepted the vacancy and begins March 23.
The Commission unanimously approved the 2025 annual report and accepted a $100 donation from Ralph W. Harris for Westridge Cemetery street signs.
