Board of Health restructures leadership with Gagner extension

CHARLTON — The Charlton Board of Health reorganized its leadership, extending Chair Gagner's term. Gagner will remain Chair through October 2026, when Jon Sanborn becomes Vice Chair and Steve Zeveska becomes Member. Health Director James Philbrook reported ongoing rat eradication efforts outside a Dunkin Donuts location, with YATCO conducting the operation at no cost.
The board announced that Ondrick Soils will begin accepting certified soil at the Flint Road Landfill starting April 21, 2026.
