Charlton Activities Council planned significant changes to its October 24 Trunk or Treat event at an August 16 meeting. Members including Barbara Benoit, Ray Mancini, and Richard Watts reviewed feedback from the successful 2026 Blueberry Festival and detailed plans for the community event. The council decided to seek a local baked goods vendor and contract a local food truck instead of popcorn and hot dogs.
The council also resolved to move Pasture Prime Players' costumes and equipment to designated storage after prior removal requests went unfulfilled, and decided to submit a letter to the Town Administrator regarding a Pasture Prime Players Memorandum of Understanding.
